www.teachenglishstepbystep.com offers its customers a wide variety of educational resources. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before ordering any product from this site.
The use of the services available on this site requires a tacit acceptance of these conditions of use.

All the resources posted on this site are subject to copyrights owned by Sandra Mendonça - with Commercial Activity registered in the Ministry of Finance of Portugal since 20th October 2011.
1. Applicability
1.1. All purchases made through www.teachenglishstepbystep.com shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. When making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and accept, without limitation, these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
1.2. I reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice. Please read them carefully whenever you make a purchase.
2. Use of Materials and Intellectual Property Rights
2.1. All images and resources available at www.teachenglishstepbystep.com are unique and therefore protected by copyright. The material may not be reproduced, republished or transmitted in any form except for personal use or for use in the classroom.
2.2. All resources bought at www.teachenglishstepbystep.com will be sent to your email, after confirmation of payment, for printing.
2.3. For safety reasons, download the folders with the resources to your computer, immediately after receiving the link.
3. Refunds and Returns
Due the nature of the resources, all packs sold at Teach English Step By Step are non-returnable and non-refundable. So, before buying any pack, you must keep in mind that:
3.1. All the resources in the site are digital - they are not physical materials to be sent by post;
3.2. Except for the PPT resources and the resources in My Little Magic Box Series (which are available in Word format), all the other materials are only available in PDF format. You'll need these programs to open the resources: WinRar / Adobe Reader / PowerPoint (or PowerPoint Viewer) - follow the links to download them for free;
3.3. Most of the resources are only available in cursive font (it will not be possible to change the font);
3.4. Before purchasing your pack(s), you are encouraged to try a sample resource to make sure that your computer supports the file format and if the type of resource suits your needs. You are also encouraged to browse the site, in order to see a preview of the materials included in each pack and confirm if they are adequate for your students;
3.5. If you think something’s wrong and the file(s) you got is (are) determined to be corrupt, cannot be opened or if you detect any typo, please contact [email protected]t and a replacement file will be issued;
3.6. It is also possible to get a replacement of the resources, in case you lose them due to a system crash, at no additional cost. To receive them again you just have to email me, as indicated above.
4. How to Buy
4.1. To know what resources are available in this site, you can browse the site navigation buttons, through which you can view, within each category, the contents that are available;
4.2. When selecting a resource, you can view its content;
4.3. When you select the items you are interested in, the description of the resources will be included in your shopping cart (if you choose the Paypal payment button);
4.4. Press the icon of your shopping cart to view the items you selected and the total price of your order. Check if the content of your cart is correct before confirming your order. Complete the order form in accordance with the instructions provided and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions;
4.5. After selecting the resources you want to buy, you will be directed to a page where you will be able select the method of payment ( http://www.paypal.com or credit card, service provided by paypal).
4.6. If you choose to pay by bank transfer (only available for residents in Portugal), send me an email at [email protected] mentioning which pack / packs you wish to purchase, as well as your name and email. After concluding the payment, send me a proof of the bank transfer;
4.7. After payment confirmation, you will be sent an email which contains the link to enable you to download your purchased pack(s). Make sure you give me a valid email address. Please note that, apart from managing this site, I'm also a full-time teacher, so due to time zone differences and working schedules, it may not always be possible to send the resources immediately, but I'll do my best to send them as soon as possible ;
4.8. All offers available in the site are exclusive and not valid in conjunction with any other discounts/offers;
4.9. Whenever necessary, please contact me via e-mail to clarify any issues related to your purchase. Please let me respond within 3 working days.
5. Operating Conditions of the Site
5.1. I do not guarantee an uninterrupted or error-free experience when using this web site and cannot accept any liability in respect of such interruptions or errors;
5.2. I do not warrant that this site will work in whole or in part in any computer or specific software or that it is free of viruses or any other circumstance that may have a detrimental effect on the equipment used.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1. I may collect personal information from Users only when they place an order, respond to a survey or fill out a form. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name and email address. Users may, however, visit the Site anonymously. I will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to me.
